Use all the above ! As well as some pop Pilates videos, lunges, squats! Cardio aka running is the best way to tone and lose weight all over your body :) and thanks sweetie xo
Anonymous asked: Hi i was wondering i do about 30-45 minutes on the elliptical 3-4 times a week i lift occasionally and do lots of basic floor exercises at home (crunches plank leg lifts pop pilates things mostly) i eat healthy as well. I know i can't "spot reduce" but what else would you suggest i do mainly to slim and tone my inner thighs? Would doing pop pilates 2-3 times a day be to much?
I think that is a perfect routine! Do a ton of running to help thighs!
